What does the price include?
The price quoted is for the apartement - not per person - for the length of your holiday for up to 3 guests.

What about cleaning the apartment?
Prior to your arrival the accommodation will be cleaned and prepared for your stay. On your departure, you are expected to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition, for example, in taking out garbage bags.

The apartment is fully serviced with bed linen and towels and the kitchen has a set of kitchenware and cooking utensils such as plates, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans.
What equipment or extras are provided with the apartment ?
Also provided : Iron, Iron board, hair dryer and a large choise of English books. A baby cot or high chair can be provided on demand

 
What type of payment do you accept

-  Paypal (3,5% surcharge towards fees)
A deposit of 70 Euro within 7 days of confirmation of availability will secure your requested week. The balance in full is required 6 weeks prior to travel date.
We do not accept payments upon arrival !
When do I get my booking confirmation ?
As soon as the prepayment process has been fully completed, you receive a booking confirmation email, which is sent to the address you will have provided on your online booking form.
How do I get to the apartment ?
  
How do I get the keys ?
You need to call to us using the phone number provided on your confirmation email, as soon as you arrive in Fuerteventura (at the airport or at the harbour) to arrange a time to meet and check-in at your apartment.
We will then meet you at the apartment at this arranged check-in time. You are shown around and leave you with the keys.
What time is check-in? Can I check-in earlier ?
The standard check-in time is at 2pm. It is common that other guests will be checking out of the apartment on the same day that you arrive. To allow for check-out and cleaning, it may not be possible to request an earlier check-in. Wherever possible you will be able to enter the apartment straight away.   We will confirm this by mail.
If an early check-in is not possible, you will be permitted to leave your luggage from 11:00am onwards and return at the normal check-in time, when the apartment will be ready for you
What time is check-out ? Can I check-out later?
The standard check-out time for the apartment is between 10:00am and 11:00am.
There is no guarantee of a late check-out, as there may be guests arriving on the same day that you leave the apartment. You can ask us on your arrival if a late check-out is possible.
How do I check-out of the apartment ?
We will meet you at the apartment at the standard check-out time (if no other check-out time was arranged) for inspection and to collect the keys.
The damage deposit is fully refundable within 10 days , provided that no damages have occurred and the apartment is being left in a reasonable condition. You are required to report any damages during your stay. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions section of the website, regarding use and care of the apartment and its equipment.
Can I modify or cancel my booking ?
Who do I contact with queries during my stay ?
Any queries regarding the apartment or its equipment should be directed to us (Nadia and Gunnar) during your stay. The contact phone number can be found on your booking confirmation email, along with an alternative contact number, just in case.
Is smoking permitted in the apartment ?
No smoking is not permitted in the apartment, but it is permitted to smoke on the balkony
Is my dog or cat allowed in the apartment ?
No, under the rules of the community no pets are allowed within the complex.  
Things to do in the complex
There is a large swimmingpool with seperated children section, sunbeds and showers, a free to use tennis court and a free to use well equipped fitness room.
At the entrance to the complex t here is a payphone which charges reasonable rates.

Where are the nearest bars and restaurants?
When you leave the complex turn left. 3 minutes walk away just before you arrive at the Flinstones bar is the bus stop. this bus will take you to the beaches of "Grandes Playas" and then on to Parque Holandés and Puerto del Rosario.
  
The nearest supermarket is the Hyperdino at the El Campanario shopping centre where you´ll find fresh fruit and vegetables, coffee, tea, bread, milk, water...... and even daily newspapers.
Corralejo has an amazing array of beaches with powder white sand and turquoise waters. A beach lovers paradise coupled with amazing opportunities to be adventurous on the water sports front. From the entrance of the complex turn right and you are only a ten minutes walk away from the amazing golden sands of the Las Dunas National park/Grandes Playas and Flag beach.This popular beach in the dunes can also be reached by bus just ask for the two Riu Hotels. The small sheltered beaches in the center of Corralejo (Waikiki beach and Playa Chico) are only a 15 minutes walk away.

You can hire a car and pick it up at the airport, or you can take a taxi which you´ll find just outside the airport. Or take a bus at the airport to Puerto del Rosario and then change to the Corralejo bus or a private transfer can be pre-booked :

If you wish to change or modify the number of guests or number of nights, after you have made the booking, you need to let us know by email as soon as possible : info@lasdunascorralejo.com

Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.

We recommend our customers to purchase travel insurance with cancellation cover.

The nearest bars and restaurants are in the Campanario shopping centre about 600 meters from the apartment.
You´ll find more bars and restaurants on the main road which is about 1000 metres away (a 20 minutes stroll)
